AW Services Group offers flexible utility billing  methods to suit the specific needs of your property. We utilize both submetering and our Trend Analysis Billing System (TABS™) to ensure accurate billing.

1. Submetering:

   • Individual Meters: Submeters are installed for each unit to measure water usage independently. These meters are installed on the main water supply line for each specific tenant and monitors the flow of water into each unit.

2. Trend Analysis Billing System (TABS™):

   • Estimation Without Submeters: TABS™ uses historical data coupled with tenant profile patterns  to estimate water usage accurately for each unit. This method is particularly useful for properties with very difficult to reach water supply lines or looking for a more cost-effective solution. By analyzing trends and applying advanced algorithms, TABS™ ensures that the estimated bills are as accurate as possible.

3. Hybrid System:

   • Combining Submeters and TABS™: For properties partially  equipped with submeters but seeking additional validation for units without submeters, a hybrid approach can be used. Submeters provide data where available, while TABS™ estimates usage for units without meters. This combination ensures comprehensive coverage and accurate billing for all tenants.
